Financial aid for attending Christ Classical Academy is available for families in need. Applicants are required to submit a financial aid application through FACTS along with current federal income taxes and W-2s. FACTS will process the application and send a report to the CCA finance manager giving a needs-based assessment. CCA personnel will not have full access to family financial information. Applicants will be charged $30 to process the application through the FACTS website. Please click on the link to begin the application:
Families that receive financial aid are asked to serve 30 hours of volunteer time at the school within the school year in which financial aid was granted. There are many different areas to serve such as work days, cross country meets, Fall Festival, paperwork and laminating, and maintenance help.
Families who have received aid in the past must reapply annually. Should your financial situation change, your financial aid will be adjusted. Please inform the Finance Manager of any income changes that might affect your financial aid award.
The CCA School Board Finance Committee will determine financial aid. Your award will be based on the information you submit. You will be notified by letter as to whether or not you receive aid.

1. Monthly payments to be automatically drafted form your bank account on the 10th of each month June - May.
2. Monthly payments made to the finance office at CCA on or before the 10th of each month June - May.
*Any payment received after the 15th of the month will be charged a $15 late fee
The TRP insurance helps protect you if your student has to withdraw for certain covered reasons. This plan is optional for anyone that pays in full but is required for those that choose either of the monthly installment plans. More information is available upon request.
A $50 registration fee (per student) and complete paperwork is required before registration is considered complete.
If you withdraw, the registration fee is forfeited.
