admissions process

  1. Schedule a Tour

Please contact our office manager to arrange a time to tour our campus. We prefer to conduct tours on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings.

  2. Tour

The Head of School will take your family on a tour of our campus.

    A. Mission/Vision Presentation: Your tour will continue with a sit-down discussion with the Administrator to talk about the mission, vision, and core values of CCA.

    B. Classroom Visit: As a part of the tour, your child will visit a classroom with his/her peers. This will allow your child to see the environment and observe the culture of the classroom. We also prefer to schedule an additional time for your child to return and shadow the classroom for an entire school day if possible. If school is not in session and you are applying in the summer, we will meet with the student and talk about classroom environment.

    C. Follow-Up Discussion: At the end of the tour, you will meet with both the Head of School and the Finance Manager to ask questions in order to ensure that Christ Classical Academy is the best option for your family.

  3. Apply

Complete the “Admissions Application” and submit to the CCA office. Applications are available in the CCA office.

  4. Interview

CCA office staff will contact you to schedule an informal interview with CCA administration. Both parents are encouraged to attend.

  5. Academic screening

After all records have been received from past schools, an academic screening may be requested. With such screenings, we are better able to serve students and prepare them for success at CCA.

  6. Acceptance

Families are notified of admissions decisions.

  7. Enroll

If accepted, the final step is to submit the $50 enrollment fee and complete and submit the enrollment contract, student health form, and student information form; forms are accessible through our website or hard copies are available through the CCA office.

Christ Classical Academy Inc. admits students of any race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded to or made available to students at the school. CCA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic and other school administered programs.

Eagle Referral Program

The Christ Classical Academy Eagle Referral Program is to thank CCA families for their positive words, influence, and facilitation of a campus visit on behalf of Christ Classical Academy.  We recognize the value of word-of-mouth marketing and know that the story of a satisfied CCA family is worth more than any other form of advertisement.

What is the benefit?

  • Christ Classical Academy gives a generous tuition credit to CCA families who refer new families that complete the admissions process and enroll at CCA.

  • Benefit amount:

Full-time students $1000 (one credit per referred family/not per referred student)

Part-time students $250 (one credit per referred family/not per referred student)

Who qualifies?

  • Current CCA families and employees who refer prospective families qualify.

  • There is NO LIMIT on the number of families a CCA family can refer.

  • Students who are referred mid-year will still qualify for the Eagle Referral Program, but the credit will be pro-rated.

How will the referral reward be distributed?

Referring families’ accounts will be credited twice a year (December and May) dependent on the following criteria:

  • The referred family attends through December=half of the referral reward credited to referring families in December

  • The referred family attends the entire school year=the second half of the referral reward credited to referring families in May

  • If the referring family has paid in full at the beginning of the school year, a check will be issued instead of crediting the family’s account.

How to access this credit?

In order for the referring family to receive the credit, the referred family must have completed and submitted the “Eagle Referral Card” to CCA office administration. Once the card has been received and the referred family has enrolled, the referring family must complete the “Eagle Referral Form”. The form asks participants to indicate where the credit should be applied.  This is extremely important, as the referring family can direct the credit in the following ways:

  • The entire amount can be credited to the referring family’s account.

  • The referring family can split the credit with the referred family by indicating the percentage to each family’s account.

  • The referring family can gift the entire credit to the referred family’s account.

  • The referring family can gift the entire/partial credit to another family in our school.

  • The referring family can gift the entire/partial credit to the Eagle Treasure Fund.

  • The credit will be applied, per instruction, to the appropriate account by the CCA Business Office

FACTS Online

Families that receive financial aid are asked to serve 30 hours of volunteer time at the school within the school year in which financial aid was granted. There are many different areas to serve such as work days, cross country meets, Fall Festival, paperwork and laminating, and maintenance help.

Families who have received aid in the past must reapply annually. Should your financial situation change, your financial aid will be adjusted. Please inform the Finance Manager of any income changes that might affect your financial aid award.

The CCA School Board Finance Committee will determine financial aid. Your award will be based on the information you submit. You will be notified by letter as to whether or not you receive aid.
